Overview & Preview
Developing business relationships is a crucial aspect of an executive’s role, as it helps foster internal and external connections that lead to partnerships, collaborations, and opportunities for growth and success of all parties. Building strong business relationships requires a strategic and thoughtful approach and is a blend of strategic thinking, effective communication, mutual respect. Most important is a culture that supports a genuine desire and commitment to create and realize value for all parties involved.
